As a company operating across the EU and serving clients in multiple European countries, GDPR compliance is not a checkbox for us — it is a baseline. We store all personal data in EU-based infrastructure, apply the principle of data minimization, and never sell or share your data with third parties.
Legitimate interest: When you submit a contact or quote form, we process your data to respond to your request.
Consent: Where we collect analytics data, we do so only with your consent and in anonymized form.
We do not process any special category data (health, ethnicity, religion, etc.).
Name & email — to respond to your enquiry.
Company name — to understand the context of your project.
Project details — to prepare an accurate proposal.
Anonymized analytics — to improve website usability.
We do not collect payment data on this website.
All personal data is stored in Supabase, hosted in Frankfurt, Germany (AWS eu-central-1). Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Access is restricted to authorized Divergent Studio personnel only.
We retain contact form data for a maximum of 24 months. After this period, data is automatically deleted unless there is an active business relationship that requires us to retain it. You may request deletion at any time.
